Centric Web, Inc. has successfully completed the annual SAS 70 Type II audit. Through the assistance of the independent auditing firm of Clifton Gunderson, LLP, Centric Web, Inc. completed the SAS 70 Type II audit of its internal control environment. Clifton Gunderson audited Centric Web, Inc.'s processes and policies to ensure compliance and consistency with the documented controls. This consisted of onsite audit reviews and testing at each facility and datacenter, and meetings with Centric Web, inc'.s executive management team.
Centric Web, Inc. performed a PCI self-assessment as a service provider where we reviewed our policies and procedures, our physical security measures and dedicated network segment to verify that we meet the PCI standards. This self-assessment was then submitted to the major credit card companies along with a third party security assessors scans of our dedicated network. The CC companies reviewed our submission and determined Centric Web, Inc. to be a PCI compliant service provider.
