E-mail is a very important communication tool. We receive many inquiries about e-mails and have listed the most frequently asked questions our valuable clients have asked over time. More questions will be listed over time.
How do I set up an e-mail account, Microsoft Outlook or webmail?

- How do I manage spam?
It can be deleted in webmail (spam folder is already set up) or in Microsoft Outlook by setting up a spam e-mail account in Outlook and manage it through “Rules.” Please click on the link on the left hand side called “Configure Outlook”

I am missing e-mails!
Centric Web®, Inc does not delete any e-mail messages unless a virus is attached in any form or shape. Centric Web®, Inc. manages many different spam lists, intercepts any malicious spam related e-mails and quarantines them.
- I would like to receive all my e-mails, including spam!
Yes, this is possible. A written request is required, and the spam filter for this particular e-mail account will be turned off. This approach is not recommended.
- I receive duplicate e-mails!
It can happen if Microsoft Outlook was opened twice (not necessarily visible on the computer). Please verify in the “Windows Task Manager” (hit control-alt-delete) and click on the process tab on top if it is not already open.
- I sent an e-mail, but the client never got it!
Please call your recipient to verify that your e-mail is not on the black list (spam list) or stored in the spam folder. If this is the first time the e-mail is sent, please allow the system to verify its authenticity (which can take up to 20 minutes) until the e-mail is delivered.
- I am at my client's location and cannot access webmail or Microsoft Outlook.
Please contact the client's IS manager since Centric Web®, Inc. has no control over the internal network.
