Logging in to HELM
Type in the following settings with information provided by the Administrator or the Site Administrator:
- In the Full e-mail address box, type in your e-mail, such as yourname@yourdomain.com
- In the Username box, type in your account name.
- In the Password box, type in your password.
- Optional: Remember Me checkbox. This encrypts your login and password so that you do not have to re-log in when you return. You will need cookies enabled on your browser and remain logged in to SmarterStats before closing the browser.
Once you have logged in to HELM Control Panel, please click on Online Help located on the upper right of the page next to My Login and Log Out and click on any of the sub-sections for more information.
